A division bench of the Calcutta High Court comprising Justice Tapabrata Chakraborty and Justice Ritabrata Kumar Mitra was hearing a petition seeking an early hearing in the case related to the cancellation of 32,000 jobs at the primary level. A division bench of Justice Tapabrata Chakraborty was informed by a part of the case that there is an interim order.
Justice Soumen Sen, however, recused himself from the case citing personal reasons. The matter was then referred to a division bench of Justice Tapabrata Chakraborty by Calcutta High Court Chief Justice TS Sivagnanam.
As a result, they suffer. This case should be investigated soon. The bench said notice has to be issued to all parties in the case. All parties will have a date for the hearing. If the court decides the date of hearing after hearing the application of one of the parties, the hearing may not be held on that particular day.
All the parties were served notices by the court. The court has fixed the next date of hearing in the case. Recently, Justice Soumen Sen withdrew from the case related to the cancellation of 32,000 jobs in the first place. The matter came up for hearing before a division bench of Justice Soumen Sen.
